ERS are partnered with a Plymouth based Legal Firm who are recruiting for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join them. This role suits a Solicitor or Associate with 3 – 4 years of qualified experience, who is commercially minded, enjoys client interaction, and is keen to build a long term career with clear progression to partnership.

- A strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Commercially savvy and client-focused
- Comfortable managing files independently and supporting colleagues when needed
- Confident with modern legal IT and case management systems
- Enjoys networking and building lasting client relationships
- Ambitious, with an interest in developing a niche specialism over time
