Overview

We are working with a well-established and award-winning Plymouth law firm who are seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join their busy and successful conveyancing department. Based in modern city centre offices, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career with a respected firm that prides itself on client care and professional excellence.

You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing files, providing high-quality legal advice and support to clients. This is a varied and rewarding role that will also see you play an active part in promoting the firm, building client relationships, and supporting business development initiatives.

• Handling a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
• Providing clear, client-focused advice across all aspects of residential property transactions.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, referrers, and other stakeholders.
• Actively participating in business development and networking activities to win new work.
• Ensuring all work is carried out to a high standard with excellent attention to detail.

• At least two years’ experience handling your own residential conveyancing caseload.
• A proven track record in billing and business development.
• Strong IT skills, with experience using case management systems.
• Excellent communication skills with a client-first approach.
• A team player with the ability to work independently and take responsibility when required.
• Motivated, proactive, and committed to delivering excellent service.
