A leading optical manufacturing company in Plymouth is seeking an HR Business Partner for a 10-month fixed-term maternity cover contract starting in March 2026. You will support the Optical Systems Divisional management team by translating business needs into HR initiatives, managing employee relations, and contributing to HR projects. The ideal candidate has strong HR management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment, and a CIPD qualification.
