What Youll Need

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with current NMC Pin
• Minimum of 1 year post-qualification experience in a care home or similar setting
• Experience working with older adults including those living with dementia
• Strong communication decision-making skills and a calm compassionate approach

What Youll Do

• Provide safe high-quality nursing care to residents every day
• Support older adults with dementia and complex needs ensuring dignity and comfort
• Administer medications and monitor clinical conditions
• Maintain accurate records in line with care standards
• Work collaboratively with colleagues while exercising professional judgement
• Support residents physical emotional and social wellbeing
