Person Specification Knowledge & Experience- Proven extensive demonstrable clinical experience at senior level
- Demonstrate sufficient experience and exposure in respiratory and or sleep medicine.
- Ability to lead and manage teams
- MSC in Physiology or equivalent
- oProfessional Body Registration a)
AHCS or HCPC b)
ARTP (Association for Respiratory Technology and Physiology - MBA or other formal management level qualification
- Leadership & management Qualification
- Teaching qualification / PGCE
- oAbility to undertake or have undertaken clinical audit.
- oAbility to communicate with all members of the MDT at any level.
