We have an exciting opportunity for skilled and motivated Healthcare Assistant/Administrator to join our team.

You should ideally have experience in a Healthcare environment as youwill be required to meet and greet patients.

Main duties of the job

A key element of the role is to make telephone bookings for patients attending our services. To be successful in this role you must have good communication skills both written and verbal, together with good IT and administration skills. A flexible, organized and enthusiastic attitude is essential.

Job responsibilities

Required Skills and Experience

The candidate should have experience in a Healthcare environment as they will be required to provide both administration and customer/patient, support including chaperoning patients and assisting the Radiographers throughout the scanning process. They will also have a commitment to some admin duties related to the patient pathway in line with standard guidelines. To be successful in this role they must have good communication skills both written and verbal, together with good IT and administration skills and the ability to understand and comply with radiation protection protocols.

Excellent patient care skills are essential.

Attention to detail is key, along with being flexible, organized and having an enthusiastic attitude.

You will need to be able to work with a high degree of accuracy and under pressure, meeting deadlines and turn- around times.

To be successful in this role you must have good communication skills both written and verbal, together with good IT and administration skills. A flexible, organized and enthusiastic attitude.
