Registered Nursing Home Manager (NMC Registered) – Up to £65,000
Lead a well-established, Good CQC-rated nursing home, providing strong leadership and maintaining high standards of care. The service supports older adults with nursing and dementia needs in a settled, dementia-friendly environment.
Before You Apply- This role requires current NMC registration and prior experience as a Nursing Home Manager.
- Applicants must have managed nursing services supporting older adults and dementia care.
- This position is not suitable for candidates without registered manager-level experience.

- Experience leading Good or Outstanding-rated services
- Experience managing improvement or inspection readiness
- Lead the overall operation of the nursing home, ensuring safe and effective care
- Maintain compliance with CQC, NMC, and safeguarding requirements
- Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing and care teams
- Oversee staffing, rotas, and performance management
- Monitor quality, audits, and continuous improvement plans
- Build professional relationships with families and external professionals
