We are recruiting HCAs and Support Workers to work in a variety of settings, including:
- Care homes
- Residential services
- Supported living
- Learning disability and complex needs services
- Mental health services
Whether your experience is in personal care, learning disabilities, autism, mental health or complex behaviours, we have flexible and rewarding shifts to suit you.
Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centred care in care homes and residential settings.
- Assist with washing, dressing, toileting, mobility & meal support.
- Help with medication prompts/administration (as trained).
- Promote dignity, respect, independence and wellbeing.
- Record and report changes in health and behaviour.
- Work alongside healthcare professionals and families.
- Support adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs or complex care.
- Encourage independence, life skills and engagement in meaningful activities.
- Provide emotional support and enable community participation.
- Use positive behaviour support and de-escalation techniques where required.
- Follow care plans, risk assessments and safeguarding procedures.
- Complete accurate notes and communicate effectively with the team.

- Minimum 6 Month's UK experience working in a professional care home.
- Face to face Moving and Handling of People Certificate.
- A good understanding of safeguarding, confidentiality, and dignity in care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible with a strong work ethic.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
- A commitment to delivering outstanding care and support.
