Working closely with clients, families, health professionals, and the wider Care Right team, you’ll ensure consistent care quality, regulatory compliance, and a positive, supported working environment for your carers.

You’ll play a key role in:

  • Leading and mentoring a team
  • Supporting the out-of-hours service through participation in the on‑call rota
  • Completing care plan assessments and regular reviews
  • Leading shadow shifts for new carers and carrying out care observations

  • Liaising with healthcare professionals and client families to ensure continuity of care
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven leadership experience within a care setting
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
  • A compassionate, client-focused approach
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Plymouth and nearby areas
  • Flexibility to provide guidance and support when required
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary: Up to £32,000 per year
, plus overtime and bonus opportunities
  • 28 days paid holiday
  • Company car (as agreed), mobile phone, laptop, and uniform
  • Paid travel time and mileage allowance
  • Employee incentives, team events, and clear career progression pathways
  • A structured 40‑hour workweek
, balanced between leadership duties and care delivery
Why Join Care Right in 2026?

We’re not just a care provider, we’re a team with a clear mission:
to raise the standard of homecare
. As we expand our services across Plymouth and surrounding communities, this role offers real development opportunities and the chance to make a meaningful difference every single day.

If you’re ready to lead with empathy, drive quality, and grow with a forward‑thinking organisation
, 2026 could be your year to shine.
