Full time, Permanent role – 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £36,048 – £42,390 gross per annum (depending on experience)
Qualifications- NVQ Level 5 or equivalent, or equivalent experience
- Understood regulatory responsibilities of a Registered Manager and the law relating to residential care services
- At least 2 years operational management experience in a health and social care setting
- Comprehensive understanding of women’s trauma and commitment to trauma‑informed practice
- Knowledge of safeguarding issues and ability to respond appropriately to concerns
- Knowledge of systems to maintain confidentiality for residents, staff and organisation
- Create strong, credible leadership and promote a clear vision for the future
- Motivate and communicate with staff, build professional partnerships, implement clear processes and systems
- Apply a high level of resourcefulness and flexibility to work within a rapidly changing organisation
- Maintain high standards of regulatory compliance and safeguarding
- Support residents in breaking addiction and becoming the best mother they can be
