We deliver immersive virtual reality experiences to schools, businesses, and events across the South West. Mobile service. Professional delivery. Memorable experiences.

We're building a pool of reliable Event Coordinators to help us deliver VR sessions across Plymouth, Devon, and Cornwall.

This isn't a tech role — we provide full training on the VR equipment. What we need are professional, organized people who can manage guests, work as part of a team, and ensure every event runs smoothly.

• Greet guests and manage flow/queues
• Help participants with VR headsets (training provided)
• Ensure everyone has a positive, memorable experience

• Assist with setup and pack‑down
• Keep the event space tidy and professional
• Work alongside a Senior Lead (you're never alone on-site)

• Work as part of a pair or larger team
• Support senior staff to deliver seamless events
• Adapt to different venues and event types

• Shifts vary week to week based on bookings
• Evening and weekend availability essential (busiest times)
• Notice given in advance for upcoming shifts
• Accept or decline shifts based on your availability
