Joining our Infrastructure Project Management team as a Associate Project Manager, you’ll be working on a diverse portfolio of infrastructure and environmental projects, across sectors including; transportation, water, environment, energy and rail.

Our growth trajectory is strong, supported by a robust pipeline of projects. You will be joining a growing team of like-minded professionals who share a passion for innovation and delivering cutting-edge solutions that protect and enhance our natural and built environments.

Here’s what you’ll do

  • Manage a portfolio of clients with multiple projects.
  • Manages more complex clients and projects.
  • Responsible for delivering revenues assigned from specific clients as a result of repeat business caused by flawless execution of projects.
  • Consistently delivers profit margins planned.
  • Consistently completes project without write-downs or multiplier erosion.
  • Typically manages projects involving RTF (Risk Triggering Factors).
  • Has decision-making authority and directs other Project Managers in recognising risk and uncertainty with plans to mitigate and eliminate such.
  • Supervises and directs Project Managers with multiple projects or program of projects.
  • Support and manage the project team ensuring appropriate resources are provided on projects, meeting the client and business requirements
  • Actively manage subcontractors and resources remote from the core project team
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and members of the cross-functional team
  • Support business development opportunities with existing and new clients

Qualifications

Ready to push the limits of what’s possible?

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Infrastructure project management experience gained within a consultancy setting.
  • Experience of NEC suite of contracts, particularly the Professional Services Contract (PSC) and Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC)
  • Experience of working as part of an integrated, multi-organisation, collaborative teams
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Highly motivated with a growing industry network
  • Relationship building skills –ability to build strong relationships with clients, teams, and stakeholders as well as an ability to build and maintain networks of business contacts.
  • Able to work under own initiative where appropriate working closely with the Senior Project Managers and Associates in the delivery of some of our projects.
