makes sure help is there as long as it’s needed.
We also want to appoint a dynamic Service Director:
Education, Participation & Skills to ensure wedeliver world-class learning, alternative provision, SEND, skills and employability.
Working closely with schools, colleges, training providers and industry leaders, you’ll ensure webuild powerful, inclusive pathways that open doors foryoung people and are aligned with our growth sectors.
Candidates will bring extensive knowledge ofsystem leadership, with a track record of leading and developing a successful education and learning function. You’ll demonstrate a comprehensive andhighly strategic understanding of local government service provision, including all statutory and commercial aspects; and an uncompromising commitment to partnership working, continuous improvement and safeguarding is essential.
