SEN Sports Coach & Outdoor Learning Mentor

Plymouth– £100–£105 per day – Temp to Perm – Start ASAP

A specialist school in Plymouth is seeking a full-time Outdoor Learning Mentor to join their team ASAP. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, working Monday to Friday, 08 : 30–15 : 30.

We support students aged 5–16 who have been excluded from mainstream education, many with EHCPs, SEMH needs, or other SEN. Our approach is different — small class sizes, 1 : 1 support, and a strong focus on Learning Outside the Classroom (LOTC). Think beaches, woodlands, trampoline parks, aquariums — learning that re-engages students and gives them purpose.

• Experience in care, youth work, sports coaching, SEN / mainstream schools, or similar
• A full UK driving licence, access to your own car, and willingness to get business insurance (45p per mile reimbursed for student transport)
