Basic Salary: £26,000 £ 28,000 Plus Bonus
Hours:
Monday Friday, 8:00am 17:00pm (1-hour lunch) 1 in 4 Saturday Morning

We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join a reputable and busy automotive team in the Plymouth area. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced service environment and has strong knowledge of the motor trade.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the service and repair process

• Book customer vehicles in for service, maintenance, and repair

• Liaise between customers and the workshop to ensure clear communication

• Upsell additional work and service plans where appropriate

• Prepare job cards and ensure accurate documentation

• Handle customer queries both face-to-face and over the phone

Requirements:

• Automotive trade experience is essential

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards

• Confident, organised, and proactive approach

• Familiarity with dealer management systems is advantageous
