An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a well-established and reputable building maintenance company on a permanent basis. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for a confident professional who enjoys managing teams, driving quality workmanship, and maintaining high standards across live sites.
As Site Supervisor, you’ll be central to the successful delivery of projects, overseeing day-to-day site operations and acting as the key point of contact between contractors, clients, and the wider delivery team. If you’re organised, proactive, and take pride in getting things done right the first time, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day running of multiple site projects
Ensure Health & Safety procedures and standards are consistently adhered to
Deliver site inductions and toolbox talks
Interpret programmes, drawings, and technical specifications
Provide regular progress updates and issue site documentation to clients and contractors
Attend pre-start, progress, and handover meetings
Order materials and coordinate timely site deliveries

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in a similar Site Supervisor or supervisory role
Strong communication and IT skills
SSSTS (essential)
CSCS card
First Aid at Work (desirable)
Full, relevant driving licence
