Nursery Nurse

Our client an established and welcoming nursery school in West Moors, Ferndown are seeking a dedicated a Nursery Practitioner to join their professional and friendly team.

The Nursery is part of a larger group of nurseries with two other settings in the local area so there is opportunity for career progression within the organisation. • Maintain a high quality and stimulating environment for the children.
• Communicate effectively with the children, parents and staff.
• Oversee the delivery of high-quality childcare and educational programmes.
• Foster positive relationships with parents and provide regular updates on their child's development.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working within early childhood education, as well as strong leadership skills.

• Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
• Knowledge of child development principles and practices.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
• Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children.
