Project Administrator – Immediate Start
1 year Fixed Term Contract
£28,000 - £32,000
Plymouth

We’re currently recruiting for a Project Administrator to join a busy construction/engineering team in Plymouth on a 1 year fixed term contract. This role could potentially become a permanent position and this will be reviewed next year and will be dependent on the business needs.
This is a fast-paced role, so we’re looking for someone highly organised, proactive, and confident using Microsoft Office and with previous construction or engineering experience (essential).
Our client is looking for someone who is available to start immediately so notice periods of over 1 week won’t be considered at this time.

Key requirements:

* Background in construction or engineering

* Own transport due to office location

* Able to pass a drugs & alcohol test (This is due to working on a live site)

* Immediately available or on a notice period of 1 week

* Happy working in a very busy environment

* Strong Microsoft software skills (MS365)

Role responsibilities:

* Organising visitor passes to site

* Arranging interviews and managing hiring managers diaries to find availability

* Arranging meeting rooms and lunches

* Working within the HR team and assisting with various HR administration

* Other ad hoc admin duties across the office dependent on business needs
