The role will also include:
- providing cover for our busy reception as required
- use of Bromcom
- effectively laising with the school's staff absence insurance provider
- general clerical duties including typing of letters, reports and other documents as necessary
- other admin tasks as required by the Admin or wider school teams.

We are seeking to employ a motivated and proactive HR Support Administrator – Staff Attendance and Wellbeing. This role is key in supporting line managers and school Leadership to manage sickness absence effectively and provide generalist HR advice. Working closely with HR colleagues, you will provide high‑quality administrative support to the HR Admin Manager, ensuring the smooth and efficient organisation of Return to Work, Wellbeing and Long‑term sickness meetings.
Ensuring that staff records are kept up to date and the induction process is completed for all new staff in a timely manner. This includes preparing documentation, coordinating schedules, liaising with staff members, and managing all logistical arrangements to hold and support effective meetings.

This post is for 22.20 hours per week, 40 weeks per year (term time + Non‑Pupil Days and 1 week in the summer holidays). Days and times are negotiable and will be agreed upon with the successful candidate prior to appointment.
