Salary – competitive

Hours – Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Holiday – 28 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays) to be booked when you like, allowance increases by one day per year of service following 5 years’ service (up to a maximum of 33 days)

Due to expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for an AAT Apprentice in our Plymouth office. We’re looking for candidates to start as soon as possible.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who has already left college looking to take that first step towards a career in accountancy. Through a combination of invaluable on‑the‑job training and attendance at college, you will be given support to complete the AAT level 2 & 3 apprenticeship with further study options beyond to continue onto a level 4 AAT & level 7 ACA apprenticeship.

You will develop the required knowledge and skills to be able to support the wider team with the processing of tax returns, VAT returns, preparing accounts and bookkeeping for a variety of clients.

• 3 A‑Levels grade C or above in any subject
• Good Excel skills an advantage
• Good organisational skills
• Good verbal & written communication skills

• Good attention to detail
• Ability to self‑evaluate and continuously improve from feedback
• Genuine interest in accountancy and what makes a business tick
• No prior experience necessary, full training will be provided
