This role is posted in Plymouth to reach skilled local carpenters. All projects are based in Ashland, NH, and the nearby Central NH/Lakes Region.
About the RoleCenter Carpentry is hiring an experienced Lead Carpenter to lead hands-on production on residential remodels, additions, and custom builds.

What You'll Do- Lead daily production on residential jobsites
- Work hands-on across framing, trim, cabinetry, windows/doors, siding, and finish work
- Plan daily work, sequencing, and material needs
- Coordinate and oversee specialty subcontractors
- Train and mentor apprentices and carpenters
- Maintain clean, organized, and protected jobsites
- Communicate progress with the Project Manager
- Use Job Tread for daily logs and updates
- 7+ years of residential carpentry experience (custom & finish work)
- Proven ability to lead small crews
- Strong skills in framing, finish carpentry, cabinetry, and exterior work
- Reliable transportation to Ashland-area jobsites
- Professional hand tools and jobsite presence
- Organized, accountable, and team-oriented mindset
- Up to $40/hr
