A Fantastic Opportunity Awaits! Lafrance Hospitality is in search of a dedicated and experienced General Manager to lead our Fairfield Inn in Plymouth, NH.
As the General Manager
, you will be at the forefront of enhancing the guest experience and ensuring the operational success of the hotel. You will be responsible for formulating and implementing operational strategies that align with the company’s vision and market position. Your leadership will be crucial in driving revenue, managing expenses, and fostering a team that is committed to delivering exceptional service.
We welcome candidates who possess a strong background in hospitality management, specifically those with previous experience in a General Manager role or similar leadership capacity. You will need to have a proven track record in team development, financial management, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities- Lead the formulation and implementation of operational strategies that align with the company’s vision and market position
- Drive revenue, manage expenses, and foster a team that is committed to delivering exceptional service
- Oversee hotel operations to ensure guest satisfaction and quality standards
- Previous General Management experience in a focused or full-service hotel environment is required
- Brand Hotel experience, preferably with Marriott
- Strong ability to hire, train, and develop a high-performing team
- Experience in financial management, including P&L statements, budgeting, and forecasting
- Proven success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to maintain guest relationships
- Competency in managing all departments of the hotel including rooms division, sales, and F&B
