Responsibilities
Adjunct Faculty to teach required lessons to music ed majors in their instrument of choice. Low Brass Performance studies coordinates with students for one-on-one lessons.
- Arrange one-on-one meetings with students to practice and refine skills.
- Help students work on areas that need improvement.
- Encourage students to challenge themselves.
- Foster a healthy and supportive learning environment.
- Identify when students need additional support.
Minimum Acceptable
Education & Experience:
- Master's Degree
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Proficiency in instrument of specialty.
- Ability to work well with students.
- Ability to work with multiple schedules.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-5 years prior teaching experience at the University level or in a private studio.
- Master’s degree (minimum) in instrument of specialty, in pedagogy, performance or Music Ed.
- Some professional performance experience.

Pay Range: $50 /hour
