Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Associate I is responsible for performing a variety of warehouse operations including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and ensuring inventory accuracy. This role requires reliability, strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments; verify contents against purchase orders.
• Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
• Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space.
• Perform regular inventory counts and assist with inventory audits.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required.
• Forklift certification is a plus (optional).

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to stand for long periods in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
• Team‑oriented with strong communication skills.
• Forklift certification (a plus).
