About The PositionJoin our dynamic team as an Installer in our Prefabrication Shop and play a vital role in bringing innovative construction projects to life! In this energetic position, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and verifying prefabricated components with precision and efficiency. Entry level candidates welcome to apply. You will help ensure that each project meets quality standards and is completed on schedule.

- Assemble prefabricated parts according to detailed blueprints and technical specifications.
- Install prefabricated components on-site or within designated areas, ensuring proper fit and alignment.
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and colleagues.
- Conduct quality inspections throughout the installation process to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure seamless workflow and timely completion.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including inspection reports and installation logs.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Trade school diploma/certification preferred.
- Ability to work as a team with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Open to learning new skills and willingly accepts feedback for continuous improvement.
- Dedicated team player with strong customer service orientation.
