Product Labeling Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Labeling & UDI Specialist to support labeling design, UDI data management, and documentation change processes in a regulated environment. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with global regulatory and quality requirements.

• Create, update, and manage product labels and UDI changes within document management systems
• Perform label design work per project requirements using approved templates and formats
• Manage documentation change orders related to labeling content
• Maintain and audit UDI master data to ensure regulatory compliance
• Analyze labeling and UDI data to identify inconsistencies and drive resolution
• Support end-user training and assist with business or technical issue resolution
• Collaborate with local and remote project teams across the program
• Manage multiple priorities while meeting strict deadlines
• Ensure compliance with global labeling regulations, QMS, EMS, and company SOPs

• Bachelor’s degree (Associate degree acceptable with 5+ years of labeling experience)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail, critical thinking, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience working in a regulated or manufacturing environment

• Label design experience using Loftware, Bartender, or en Label
• Experience with document control systems (preferably Windchill
  )
• Design experience with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and/or Photoshop
• Portfolio demonstrating labeling or design work
