• Professionally welcome and assist customers, identifying their unique needs and guiding them toward the right tools or equipment.
• Handle sales transactions, including closing, invoicing, and product loading.
• Serve as a product expert, fielding inquiries, generating sales quotes, facilitating equipment purchases, and providing post‑sale follow‑ups.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor, actively participate in store events, and prioritize safety standards while completing assigned tasks efficiently.

• 1 year or more of customer service experience
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software
• Proven communication skills
• Ability to work a rotating Saturday shift

• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand and walk for the duration of shift
• Frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
