Overview
As a Sr. Field Service Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage our Field Service team, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to our customers. You will develop and implement strategies to optimize field service operations, driving customer satisfaction and business growth. You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you ll work out of our Minneapolis, MN location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the success of our field service operations, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective leadership and strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Field Service team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize field service operations and improve customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical guidance and support to field service technicians.
- YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a leadership role within field service management.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of engineering principles.
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
- Experience in driving process improvements and implementing best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to develop, execute, and follow up on Annual Operating Plans (AOPs) and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure business objectives are met.

- Experience using Salesforce and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for reporting, analysis, and operational management.

The annual base salary range for this position is $89,600-$112,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
