Great Lakes Management is seeking a vibrant, visionary Executive Director to lead one of our brand-new communities in the lease-up phase. This is a unique opportunity to set the tone, build the culture, and shape the future of a growing community from the ground up while making a meaningful impact on residents, families, and team members every day.

• Hours:
  
  Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
• Pay:
  Starting from $95,000 – $100,000 / year Plus Bonus Plan

• Collaborate with department Directors to establish performance and operational objectives, offering continuous support to foster their professional growth and sustain a high-performing leadership team within the community.
• Track financial performance and participate in creating annual budgets, ensuring monthly compliance.
• Review monthly financial statements and oversee resident billing processes.
• Establish an environment conducive to quality services and high customer satisfaction.
• Engage with residents and families regularly, fostering and upholding positive relationships through effective communication, addressing concerns, and conducting satisfaction surveys.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards and encourage all employees to do the same.
• Assist marketing staff in implementing effective strategies and monitor occupancy data.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations within the community.
