We are seeking a Shipping Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire shipping process, including recording orders, labeling packages, and packing containers. You will also be responsible for using the forklift in the warehouse. The ideal candidate must have strong attention to detail and a commitment to integrity.

• Receive and process orders
• Schedule shipments with Broker and Carriers to deliver to customers
• Organize and maintain the Inventory by organizing pallets
• Make arrangements for the arrival of incoming shipments and ensure there is adequate space to store them
• Document products shipped and received
• Create and present shopping reports
• Resolve any issues or incorrect orders
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and internal procedures
• Able to use forklift to load pallets to Semi Truck
• Ensure delivery of shipments to customers
• Filling out and filing office paperwork and records

• Previous experience as a Shipping Clerk or in a similar position is preferred
• High school diploma/GED
• Basic math and computer skills
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Able to use forklift
