Pay and Salary Range: $65,735 - $92,741.

The Technical Marketing Specialist serves as a key connector between engineering knowledge and marketing initiatives. The role focuses on understanding the needs of our Sales team and customers, translating technical information into impactful content and tools.

• Partner with Product Management and Engineering to understand product capabilities, applications, and differentiators.
• Represent Banner at trade shows by staffing the booth, engaging attendees, and demonstrating the product demo van.
• Assist in creating marketing programs and related content for new product introductions and various campaigns.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute launch activities.
• Create technical training materials and product demonstrations for internal teams and customers.
• Manage marketing automation campaigns, email content, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Use AI tools to generate draft content such as blogs, video scripts, and product materials.
• Provide technical expertise at trade shows, webinars, and customer meetings.
• Collaborate with Sales to develop lead‑generation and product‑education tools.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and content.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–5 years of experience in Sales, Applications, or Product Marketing/Management.
• Strong understanding of complex products, technical concepts, and industry terminology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, engaging content.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working cross‑functionally and presenting to internal or external audiences.

• 2–5+ years of experience in technical or product marketing.
• Experience with industrial automation technology, including PLCs, HMIs, and robots.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Canva.
• Fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment experience.

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
