We are actively looking to hire talented Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners with at least one year of experience as a PMHNP who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence.

The role supports outpatient behavioral health care delivery with a focus on collaborative, patient-centered treatment. Specific responsibilities include providing psychiatric assessment, medication management, and therapy as part of a multidisciplinary team. Candidates should be prepared to work in an outpatient setting with a hybrid model where applicable.

• Fully licensed in Minnesota BC, unencumbered DEA.
• Experienced in both medication management as well as therapy.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a PMHNP.

• Salary range: $178,000 - $268,000 per year.
• Compensation range: $170,000 - $230,000 annually + Sign on bonus (full-time) + Full benefits.
• Flexible work schedules (full-time and part-time, 20 hours/week+).
• 100% outpatient work. No nights, no hospital calls, no weekends.
