• Provide personal care services including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring.
• Assist residents in dining.
• Perform homemaking tasks.
• Respond to and report changes in resident’s health status and recommend plan of care modifications.
• Complete thorough daily charting.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver The Waters Way.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High‑school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• One year nursing/resident assistant care experience in senior services (preferred).
• Ability to read, write, speak and follow verbal directions in English.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn electronic health record systems.
• Compassionate commitment to hospitality, service, and excellence in senior care.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexible with hours/shift schedules and assignments.
