What You’ll Do:

• Provide Hands-On Care
  :
  Assist individuals with daily activities including personal care, meal prep, transportation, housekeeping, and laundry while fostering independence.
• Create a Safe & Welcoming Environment
  :
  Maintain a clean, safe space that supports personal goals.
• Mentor & Guide
  :
  Supervise, provide positive reinforcement, and guide individuals; assist with staff scheduling, maintain programming consistency, and coordinate communication with staff and support teams.
• Household Management
  :
  Coordinate services including individual finances, activities, program services, family involvement, educational/vocational programs, health care/nutrition, and household management.

What You Bring to the Table:

• At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities and/or one year of lead staff experience, or a two-year degree in a related field
• Prior experience in Residential Services is preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED
• Passion for Helping Others
  :
  Experience with mental health conditions (e.g., bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, depression, anxiety)
• Physical stamina to stay on your feet, walk, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Basic computer skills for tracking progress and documentation
• Good communication, reading, writing, and collaboration skills
