• Play a meaningful role in developing and executing activities that help residents thrive (e.g., exercise classes, creative arts, culinary creations, social interactions, personal engagements, off‑site excursions).
• Assist residents with activities of their choice, including group activities and/or personal engagements.

• A love of seniors and passion for enhancing lives through meaningful interactions.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm and positive rapport with residents, team members, and families.
• Previous experience working with seniors and/or experience in memory care, recreational therapy, education, hospitality, or related areas preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include evenings and weekends, as appropriate.

Salary: $19.00 – $20.00 per hour
