Future Builders RCG Program – Land (Plymouth, MN)

This 6‑month training program is designed to prepare recent college graduates for full‑time roles in Construction, Purchasing, or Land‑acquisition based on performance.
Land Analyst Responsibilities- Lead the financial analysis for quarterly and annual division business plans, summarizing actual and projected performance for each division and asset.
- Prepare gross revenues, profit margins and other financial projections, including cash‑flow, break‑even, return‑on‑asset, and internal rate‑of‑return analyses.
- Assist in feasibility analysis for each division’s acquisition opportunities.
- Prepare underwriting pro‑formas and related financial documentation for assets acquired by the division.
- Perform asset sales pricing analysis and formulate deal points for disposition opportunities.
- Implement and maintain a computerized financial pro‑forma model for community planning.
- Collaborate with management associates to develop alternative business‑planning scenarios that recommend an optimum financial plan.
- Act as liaison with corporate finance to ensure adherence to financial strategy and provide analytics data in an accessible format.
- Maintain a market‑analysis database for project feasibility.
- Conduct site visits to gather competitive pricing, features, and cost data.
- Assist in the Green folder process by preparing valuation calculations and related charts, graphs, and reports.
- Formulate budgets for assigned programs/projects and administer vendor contracts, change orders, check requests, and invoices.
- Current senior graduating from a 4‑year college or university by June (preferred).
- Willingness to relocate with support at the end of the program as needed (preferred).
- Working toward a bachelor’s degree in construction, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field (preferred).
- Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future – Lennar does not sponsor employment‑based visas for this position.
- Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and valid auto insurance coverage.
- Basic understanding of real estate and residential land use.
- Local real‑estate knowledge is extremely beneficial.
- Knowledge of relevant zoning and entitlement rules, regulations, and standards.
- Ability to read, understand, and evaluate civil engineering or development plans.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with working knowledge of mapping applications.
- Comfortable with new technologies, platforms, and digital workflows.
- Openness to professional development opportunities, such as certifications and courses.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

This primarily sedentary office position requires working more than eight hours per day in a confined office space, with occasional standing for filing and copying. The role also requires the ability to bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move items up to 50 pounds.
