Department: Architecture Full Time - Hybrid/Flex Plymouth, Minnesota, United States - 55441

Our growing firm is looking for passionate problem‑solvers driven to make a real impact: we're hiring an Architectural Staff! The Architectural Staff I works with Architects and Project Managers to prepare complete construction documents and assist during the construction support phase.

Your role:

Layout plans, sections, and details to specified CAD standards working directly with engineers or project managers.

Perform analyses of design, planning and occupancy studies, and design layouts with oversight from senior level staff.

Prepares project specifications, compiling and analyzing relevant data. Writes reports and specifications. Reviews completed reports, plans, estimates, and calculations.

Provide direction and distribute work to Technicians.

Review and back‑check Technician's work.

Coordinate with design team members and product vendors.

Communicate with clients and/or contractors regarding RFI's and field questions.

Maintain awareness of fees and drafting time, understand project scope and identify potential additional service items.

Attend internal coordination meetings and client coordination meetings as needed.

Occasional travel for site observations and field measurements.

Your resume must include:

3-5 years of related experience.

A bachelor's degree in architecture from an accredited program.

Starting Annual Salary Range
: $60,000 - $75,000. A variety of factors are considered when determining an offer including, but not limited to, market data, geographic location, experience, and specialized skills.
