Senior Engineering Manager – Honeywell
Lead and develop a talented engineering team of senior and entry‑level professionals responsible for the development of integrated circuit products and technologies for Honeywell Aerospace Technologies. Motivate teams that design new integrated circuit solutions to meet Aerospace business needs and collaborate with internal and external customers to balance team workload and drive exceptional team performance with high impact for our business.
Key Responsibilities- Lead an 18+ member team of Integrated Circuit Design (ICD) engineers
- Lead short‑ and long‑term strategy development
- Lead employee training and development
- Lead workload planning & execution oversight
- Lead talent management exercises for mid‑year and end‑of‑year performance reviews
- Partner with the business team on new business development
- Provide leadership oversight compliance for development activities including requirements, design, implementation, and verification
- Provide organizational‑wide project development oversight
- Foster the implementation/maintenance of standards, processes, and tools
- Foster a culture aligning with Honeywell behaviors
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Computer, or Aerospace Engineering
- US Security clearance in good standing, or no known barriers to attain one
- Willingness and ability to work on‑site (Hybrid, 3+ days in) at the Honeywell Clearwater, FL facility (zip code 33764) [preferred] or the Honeywell Plymouth, MN facility (zip code 55441) or the Honeywell Deer Valley, AZ facility (zip code 85027)
- Minimum of 5 years of managerial or technical leadership experience
Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.

The annual base salary range for this position in Minnesota is $185,000‑210,000. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education, key skills, and market and business considerations.
