• Apply engineering principles to complex projects, ensuring customer expectations are met or exceeded.
• Lead design, build, and implementation of custom automated systems (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic).
• Develop new technologies, conduct technology and business trend analysis, and recommend best practices.
• Plan and manage engineering projects with significant impact on major programs.
• Serve as technical subject‑matter expert, influencing cross‑functional teams and mentoring associates.
• Maintain quality and safety compliance, driving continuous improvement and 5‑Sigma initiatives.

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related field (Master's or Doctorate preferred).
• 7+ years of progressive engineering experience; 15+ years may compensate for education.
• Strong background in designing complex automated systems and problem‑solving methodologies (6‑Sigma, PMP, RCA).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; calm, can‑do attitude.
• Experience with FDA regulations, QMS, and safety programs.
