• Perform quality automotive repairs and maintenance per dealership and factory standards
• Diagnosing and documenting vehicle issues using modern diagnostic tools
• Road-test vehicles to verify concerns and repairs.
• Keep shop area and shared equipment clean and organized
• Communicate with service advisors on repair timelines and updates
• Participate in ongoing training to keep up with changing automotive technology
• Represent Superior Ford’s values in every customer and co-worker interaction

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an automotive technician in a retail setting. (dealership or aftermarket).
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must own hand tools and toolbox
• Current Ford STARS certifications or ASE equivalents
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
• Commitment to “Fix It Right the First Time”
