Senior Accountant

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to support accounting operations, clinical payments, and financial controls in a dynamic startup environment.
This position will be 60% in-office and 40% off-site.

• Maintain general ledger in accordance with GAAP
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close
• Prepare journal entries and reconciliations
• Manage cash and bank reconciliations
• Coordinate payments to clinical sites and patients
• Review invoices and ensure timely payment processing
• Support internal and external audits
• Improve internal controls and financial processes
• Utilize Quick Books Online and Net Suite for reporting
• Partner cross-functionally with operations and clinical teams
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements

• 5+ years accounting or finance experience
• Experience with Quick Books Online, Net Suite, and MS Office
• High attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Startup or medical device experience

• Primarily office-based or hybrid work environment
• Prolonged episodes of sitting and working at a computer
• May require additional hours during month-end, year-end, or audit periods
