Role OverviewThe Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for assisting finance-driven processes specific to the IMI manufacturing environment, to include Accounts Payable, Internal Controls, and general support within the Finance Department.
Work EnvironmentOnsite. Plymouth, MN
Key Responsibilities- Manage AP inbox:
Incoming invoices, statements, and supplier communications - Accounts payable processing of supplier invoices including identifying, investigating, and resolving discrepancies.
- Process end-of-day billing
- Support site annual physical inventory process
- Complete Daily Sales Order reporting
- Complete PESI data load monthly
- Reconciliation and completion of necessary record keeping to comply with internal control requirements.
- Filing/Scanning as needed.
- Support finance and site management team as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Proven work experience as accounts payable clerk
- Experience with Epicor Vista/Kinetic desired
- Familiar with a variety of accounting concepts and practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Detail oriented with proven accuracy. Ability to work with confidential data; discretion is a must.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, growth-oriented, and time-critical environment.
Pay range: $28/hr - $32/hr
Within this range, individual pay is determined based on skills, experience, and qualifications relative to the job requirements. Base pay information is aligned with market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
