• Troubleshooting and repairing commercial cooking equipment like fryers, ovens, steamers, ranges, and more
• Perform expert diagnostics and repairs on commercial refrigeration and ice machines
• Deliver top‑tier service with professionalism and respect
• Managing service calls efficiently and accurately
• Communicating clearly with customers, dispatchers, managers, and sales teams
• Participating in after‑hours and weekend on‑call rotations
• Identifying new business opportunities while on the job
• Maintaining your service vehicle and managing parts orders
• Completing paperwork and attending training sessions
• Tackling other tasks assigned by your manager

• Experience with 3 years of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems (EPA certification required)
• Eager to learn and grow through hands‑on, onsite training opportunities
• Strong electrical, mechanical, and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Dependable, punctual, and organized
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Completion of a successful background check and drug screen
  
  Driving record must align with our safety standards
• Must be 18 years of age

• Experience with a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment
• CFESA certification
• Factory training credentials
• Comfort with digital tools and software
