JOB DESCRIPTION
Sew and Trim Tech responsibilities:
- Sewing capabilities and understanding of how to sew trim seat covers
- Basic pattern making skills
- Computer skills (Microsoft office suite)
- Basic software skills in Opitex (pattern making)
- Understand how to navigate TPDM
- Understand Marker files how to make them and how to use them
- Able to work with different engineers on different programs-GM, Ford, Toyota..
- Good communication skills
- Basic sewing and pattern making tool understanding
- Seat assembly experience
- Able to fill out a workorder for sewn parts and distribute components as needed to sew cell
