The IT Help Desk Specialist will be responsible for providing front line services, and onsite activities to include: installations, general service, and IT Support. Excellent sk ills in electronics, software troubleshooting, and networking are required along with excellent communication skills. This role requires strong client relationship management and customer service skills. The shift for this role is Tuesday through Saturday working 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Required Skills/Abilities- Troubleshooting
- Microsoft 365
- DUO Administration
- High school diploma and at least 4 years of relevant experience
- Experience at in-field installation and client facing support position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365
- A+ Certified (or similar).
- Network+ (or similar)
- Knowledge of VOIP systems
- Prior experience in health care is an asset.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Position is purely on-prem
High School or better in Gen Ed.
