• Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans tailored to each child s unique needs and goals.
• Collaborate closely with occupational therapists and behavior analysts to ensure a holistic approach to each child s development.
• Conduct regular assessments to track progress and adjust therapy plans as needed, ensuring optimal outcomes.
• Engage with families to provide guidance and support, empowering them to reinforce therapy goals at home.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of each child s progress, ensuring transparency and continuity of care.
