Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans tailored to each child s unique needs and goals.
- Collaborate closely with occupational therapists and behavior analysts to ensure a holistic approach to each child s development.
- Conduct regular assessments to track progress and adjust therapy plans as needed, ensuring optimal outcomes.
- Engage with families to provide guidance and support, empowering them to reinforce therapy goals at home.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of each child s progress, ensuring transparency and continuity of care.
- Participate in team meetings to share insights and strategies, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Stay updated with the latest research and techniques in speech therapy to continually enhance your practice and outcomes.
- Experience in developing and implementing individualized speech therapy plans for children.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with occupational therapists and behavior analysts.
- Proven track record of conducting regular assessments to track and adjust therapy plans.
- Strong communication skills to engage and guide families in reinforcing therapy goals.
- Meticulous in maintaining detailed and accurate records of children s progress.
