Onsite in Plymouth, MI

Join a leading healthcare organization as a Customer Service Representative supporting pharmacy benefit and prior authorization operations. You'll be the voice of support for patients, providers, and healthcare partners - delivering empathetic service, accurate information, and timely solutions.

What You'll Do
✅ Handle a high volume of inbound calls (50-100/day depending on complexity)
✅ Answer questions related to prior authorizations, benefits, and general inquiries
✅ Enter customer information accurately across multiple systems
✅ Perform follow-up calls when needed
✅ Maintain strong quality and accuracy standards
✅ Work with confidential healthcare information
✅ Participate and engage fully during training (testing required)

Schedule & Training
Training:
Mon-Fri, 8 AM-4:30 PM for 4 weeks
✍️ Must pass four tests with a 90% average (very achievable with participation)
Availability:
Must be available between 5 AM-10 PM, 7 days per week
Shift bids occur at the end of training and are performance-based
⚠️ Mandatory overtime required in January & February
What We're Looking For
To be considered, candidates must have:
Required Experience
✔ At least 1 year of high-volume call center experience within the last 2-3 years
✔ Minimum 1 year of tenure in previous roles
✔ Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
✔ Typing speed of 30+ WPM
✔ Ability to handle confidential information
Preferred
➕ Healthcare or pharmacy-related experience
➕ Bilingual candidates
➕ Pharmacy Technician certification (not required)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
