Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Loan Officer located in Douglassville, PA. The Loan Officer will be responsible for assisting clients in securing mortgage loans, guiding them through the application process, providing professional financial advice, and ensuring accurate underwriting procedures. The role also involves conducting loan origination and maintaining excellent customer service to build strong client relationships.
Qualifications- Strong knowledge and experience in Loan Origination and Underwriting procedures
- Expertise in Finance concepts and operations
- Background as a Loan Officer with proven ability to meet and exceed targets
- Exceptional Customer Service skills, with a commitment to client satisfaction
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for loan processing and financial analysis
- Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
