Overview
RS&H is currently seeking an airfield engineering associate to join our aviation team in Detroit, MI. You’ll work in an office with your team to create civil projects for airports throughout the U.S. You will use AutoCAD daily to create plans, including geometric design. Projects under the guidance of more senior engineers include runways, taxiways, and aprons; bituminous and concrete pavement design;
and stormwater and utility infrastructure design. Travel to coordinate with airports, airlines, the Federal Aviation Authority (FAA), and construction management is expected occasionally (
