Ivywood Classical Academy is a tuition-free public school academy that educates students using the virtues-based, rigorous, classical education tradition. The classical curriculum is time-tested, research-based and is proven to develop children into thoughtful, caring, educated, freethinking young adults. The curriculum emphasizes an education in the humanities, sciences, and arts and integrates Spanish and Latin language to promote depth in learning.

Position SummaryIvywood Classical Academy is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Registrar to manage student records and support enrollment and reporting processes. This role is essential in ensuring accurate student data and compliance with state and school requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and manage student academic and enrollment records
- Oversee student enrollment, withdrawals, and transfers
- Ensure accurate data entry and reporting in student information systems
- Support compliance with state and district reporting requirements
- Respond to record requests from families, staff, and external agencies
- Collaborate with school leadership and office staff to support daily operations
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Proficiency with databases and basic office software
- Prior experience in a school or administrative role preferred
